We do our best to package the eggs for shipment. If eggs are damaged during shipment please send pictures immediately upon receiving the package or opening and seeing damaged eggs. I will do my best to replace them.

We cant guarantee any hatch rate. However if you do not get at least 50% hatch we will send you out another batch of eggs if you pay for the shipping costs. If we have eggs available

We get new orders daily. Orders are filled first come first serve. We only ship out the freshest eggs.

***We can't send refunds or new eggs for USPS delays as we have 0 control over this. Sorry for that but buyer assumes all risk including the chance of low hatch rate when purchasing, as many things during shipment and incubation can play a factor in low rates. No returns or cancelations accepted as eggs have a shelf life. We only ship the freshest eggs. Once payment is received your eggs will be packaged the day of shipment with the eggs collected that day. If this listing closes on a weekend or holiday your eggs will be collected and packaged and shipped the next business day
